HEINRICHSGLÜCK turn-tilt tables are fundamentally sturdily built. In addition, they are absolutely safe and correspondingly powerful.

The machine housings are made of quality steel in torsion-resistant welded construction. The flat discs are made of steel. They are solid or heavily ribbed and have clamping slots and centring grooves.

The flat disc is driven by a three-phase motor. Frequency converters provide infinitely variable speed control.

The tilt is adjusted by a three-phase brake motor or hydraulic cylinder. The tilt range is up to 135°.

The control cabinet is located on the rear or side wall of the enclosure. Remote control alternatives are hand switches, foot switches etc.

The welding current transmission can be connected via a plug-in coupling on the frame.

All models have the necessary gear rim covers, welding current return lines etc. in accordance with the principles for testing the occupational safety of welding turn-tables.

Rotary tilting tables can be used for welding and, with the appropriate design, also for soldering, gluing, cleaning, blasting, coating, fettling, deburring, drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, testing, assembling, circulation hardening and metal spraying.

Flat disc with bore for e.g. gas supply, centering and similar. Cam drum for positioning control, controller with control range up to 1 : 200. Speed display analogue or digital. Automatic speed adjustment when welding speed and workpiece diameter are entered, welding current transmission 1200 Amp., overlap welding.

HEINRICHSGLÜCK turn-tilt tables are standard for vertical loads from 400 kg to 30.000 kg.
